I started going there when the doors opened and stsff were polite and caring. You would be greeted and they would acknowledge you but now they dont care. Its all about money. Vanessa speaks to you in a rude tone and yells at you. A wake up call to those staff. You have jobs because of us who bring their pets in. Also 2 weeks ago i got a text to say my dog was due for injections. When I called i got a rude staff member on the phone. I hung up and called Wallan to make my appointment when she wasn't there.When i took my dog in he wast even checked over, just jabbed and see ya later. Only to have to make another appointment two weeks later and pay another consultation. Again staff were rude because i asked for the account to be sent to our health fund which it normally has been done but due to the fact that most of the vets are locums and dont know how to do it again its the customers fault. So my last 2 visits there they took my money but not processes my claims and they tell me they aren't about money! Service has gone down hill dramatically.
Lovely vet examined our dog for a broken leg and saw us at short notice.

Our cats have stayed in the cattery a few times now and seem happy enough. They came back with shiny coats. Very reasonable prices for boarding too.
