I found Wilson and partners very good at the start I was there for four years at the property they rented to me I put several moments request through about mould coming inside and other things but never got fixed come time to go they blame me for talk just about all of my bone when the house was left clean and in good condition it has been two months and I still dont have my bond back what I was getting back Ive emailed them but not getting a reply very quick to want money off you but not to give it back I really fought they were a good Real Estate until now I have never ever had trouble with my bond and Ive always got back with every property I have Heres how the house was and they reckon it was dirty and took half of my bond And every inspection they did they never once picked on anything Well now it has been three months exactly and still waiting on my bone and I have faxed it back more than once Pretty poor
They took a refundable deposit.But when it came time to refund, they refused to refund.Had to take them to court and court ordered them to refund.This shows how dodgy and cannot be trusted this agent is.
One word. Dodgy.
Shocking very bad would never recomend very dogey
Not really nice stuff,don't think get treated the way it should be, expecting everything from you, but don't make shure that you get the same back...Dirty house a not electronic working a writing in the report everything is good....Dishonest......
