For many years I have been going to this post office and staff/owners are so rude. No customer service. Remember we keep you I business.
I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. We have had a Post Box service with Kilmore PO for over 30 years and have dealt with a succession of owner operators. I have found the present management to be efficient, hardworking and courteous. I have never had a problem with their management of parcels, and all of my parcels have been logged and scanned on receipt across counter. I think it may be a case of the many satisfied customers not bothering to leave feedback, so here is my 5 star review.
Rude and incompetent.Refuse to offer basic Auspost services.Parcels aren't scanned when they arrive so sit at the PO instead of being collected.ZERO customer serviceWe've also had an issue where due to an obvious typo on the address label, they refused to hand over a parcel, claimed they returned to sender, however sender never received parcel.Dodgy +++Avoid at all costs.
Rude, arrogant and to cap it off incompetent at their job. I've had to deal with them since they took over several years ago and it's been atrocious.Their only concern is making money, duck shoving work or any responsibility associated with the business. The male owner is particularly obnoxious, aggressive (physically intimidating too) and abusive.Please note, the only five star review on Google was written by them.The previous owners were magnificent. I can't wait until the day this lot move on.
They Cant find my package in there store so i have to sort out tracking down my package thats sposed to be waiting at the post office from the blue ticket i got in the mail box.for me they need to sell that post office and get a new career its happened twice to mw now. My family have also had nothibg but problems with them.
