Recently needed my drivers license renewed, i would normally go into Melbourne, but decided to go the the vicroads agent within the library at kilmore , so glad i did, the customer service was exceptional a real breath of fresh air, thanks again.
The staff are always nice and helpful. Plenty of activities for children (babies up to school age) over the year, including rhyme time, story time and toy library every week. Library is always clean and tidy, including the toilets. Children's area is simple and they have done there best with what they have. But this area needs a lot of money spent on it to be revamped and done up like lots of other libraries.
