To Switzerland with love: Thank you Di. This is my go to shop for my flowers and associated items. Di and staff are wonderful. Always a great range. Anyhow, recently I wanted to send flowers to a Motel in Switzerland as a surprise for my wife. Di helped me make this possible with beautiful roses being arranged, with card, in my wife's room. As always, I am a very happy customer.
I Placed and Order with Di for a delivery to a dear friend yesterday and the service I received was exceptional. Their professional response to my call made the process so much easier. I was informed the delivery street number was wrong and they did their up most to find the correct number. Di contacted me advising the flowers could not be delivered. Di then advise she would redeliver for me the next day at no extra cost. Finally with correct number sent and to my surprise I received a text message from Di advising her husband delivered the flowers late yesterday. I'am so impressed with this warm personnel response I would highly recommend this florist to anyone. A big THANK YOU to Di and everyone involved.
