customer service was good. However scope of services offered was poor. Unless you have something straight forward dont bother with these guys

DONT BOTHER! Had an appointment for someone to come out to look at a broken down air conditioner. As they do not do after hours visits, I left work early and lost pay to be home. Well no one showed up. Got a call at the end of the day to be told no one can make it. Explained my work situation. Receptionist spoke to the bosses only to be told they cant accommodate and to go somewhere else. Not even apologetic for not showing up! Pathetic!
Receptionist is very friendly but the air conditioning technician sent to the house to service our air conditioner didn't do the things that should have been included in a service - I was told. The filters were not cleaned just taken to the van and brought back. We know this because we have cameras around the property. Water was flushed through the drain but no other cleaning. Temperatures were taken and all was well except for the louvers not moving which required a motor. We ordered this but after seeing that the air conditioner wasn't cleaned at all I cancelled the order and spoke to the receptionist to explain why. We try to do the right thing and to support the local guys but to date it hasn't served us well. I was not offered another service so not sure how it panned out. Probably wouldn't have taken them up on it anyway. All I know is that my husband ended up cleaning the unit himself from watching Youtube. So disappointing.
