Worst customer service in the state - the guy doesn't understand basic communication protocol. Doesn't answer the phone, can't get a price and just ignores you. One of these types who is quick to brush people. Can't believe that they are still in business. Go to Beaurepaires on the main street. At least they are happy to take your business greet you with a smile. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional pack.

Can't rate Goodyear Kilmore high enough! Took my car to a reputable suspension service centre re an intermittent knocking noise, they were unable to accurately diagnose the source and supplied me with a list of repairable items to fix the noise, with an estimated expense of $2K.Looking for a second opinion, i went upto Goodyear Kilmore and spoke with Mick. He was kind enough to stop what he was doing and inspect my car, not entirely satisfied with the visual inspection, he went for a quick test drive. He diagnosed the source of the knocking within minutes.I was able to replace the items Mick suggested for an expense of $168! Its rare to find honest and professional specialists these days. I will definitely be using Mick and the team at Goodyear Kilmore again!
