Very disappointed!I had a joint account with my husband, we went to close that account. No id was required and I didnt need to sign to close the joint account. Wow I thought Bendigo Bank had tighter security. I'm very concerned about this.
For a new bank in town you think they would be wanting locals to join their bank and not turning them away by being rude and a smart****! Lady at teller needs a lesson in customer service! I may have opened a account with you today but after way I was treated I will never bank with you!

Staff are wonderful! Extremely helpful and seem to go the extra mile in helping us with our home loan and other financial needs. Highly recommend them. Real country service with a smile!
Great service, lovely staff, extremely helpful. You're not just a number there, as they are a small branch. It's nice to deal with people by name. Made getting bridging finance and 2 home loans extremely simple and straightforward. Can't recommend them highly enough.
